The term “thefuturetoons.com,” “we,” or “us” refers to the provided Platform. Your access or use of the Platform is indicative of the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You may only use the Platform if you are at least 13 years old. If you are 13 to 16 years old and your laws require parental consent for personal information, then you must get parental consent to use our platform. We reserve the right to refuse access to users under certain ages at our discretion.
You can’t use the service on your own if you are under eighteen (18) years old. But, you may use the service with a parent or guardian. The acts or omissions of users under age eighteen are the fault of their parents or legal guardians.
2. User Accounts

3. Subscriptions
The Platform offers Subscriptions. They may have terms, limits, or conditions not in “Subscription” in these Terms. These are the Other Subscription Terms. Those will be made known at purchase time. Prices for Subscriptions can change. But, this will not affect past purchases for which thefuturetoons.com has already sent.
You agree that you will pay any taxes from your Platform purchase. We may give you a tax estimate at checkout. But, the charged amount may change.
If you choose auto-renew for the subscription, then it will renew until you cancel it. The subscriber may cancel at any time. But, there will be no pro-rata refunds.
4. User Content and Author Content

Prohibited behavior includes harassment and impersonation. It also includes posting illegal, vulgar, or offensive content. It also includes activities that disrupt the Platform. They also disrupt others’ right to use it.

7. Feedback
If you submit feedback to thefuturetoons.com, you grant thefuturetoons.com a license for your feedback.
8. Trademarks
Other trademarks and trade names on the Platform are their property. Their reference on the Platform does not mean a license was granted to use them.
9. Repeat Infringer Policy; Copyright Complaints
thefuturetoons.com respects others’ intellectual property. It has a policy for ending the accounts of users. This is for those who repeatedly infringe others’ copyrights. If you believe someone has copied and used your work on an thefuturetoons.com website in a manner that violates copyright, please contact the Designated Agent.
